Jason Aldean has spent his entire career as a loyal supporter of breast cancer research, and he is continuing his efforts against the disease with a special event during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.

In partnership with Susan G. Komen Foundation, Aldean will celebrate the 12th annual Concert For The Cure at his They Don’t Know tour stop in Louisville, KY on Oct. 20.

“As long as I have the chance, I will do my part and raise awareness for this cause,” said Aldean. “My fans keep fighting the battle with this terrible disease along with us, and our dream is that nobody has to fight the disease anymore.”

Following tradition, Aldean will donate a portion of all ticket sales from this year to breast cancer research. Performances by Aldean, Chris Young, Kane Brown and Dee Jay Silver will lead up to the presentation of a check to Komen® Kentucky.

Aldean joined the efforts against breast cancer in 2004 after losing a close friend to breast cancer. Over the past 12 years, his partnership has raised more than $3 million for various Susan G. Komen chapters across the country.

The partnership with the Susan G. Komen Foundation also provides special experiences for breast cancer survivors at shows across Aldean’s tour. Individuals can submit an entry to the contest on behalf of themselves or a loved one. The winner for each tour date will receive a special VIP backstage meet and greet experience.

Tickets for the show are currently on sale. For tickets and more information about the Concert For The Cure and the They Don’t Know Tour, visit Aldean’s website.
