Chris Jansons brand new music video is giving us all the feels.
The singer released the video for his latest single, Holdin Her, and it features numerous clips from the family mans life at home with his wife, Kelly, and theirfour kids.
I saw my wife for the first time nine years ago and called it right off the bat. I said I was going to marry her, Janson says as the clip begins. Three years later, I got the opportunity and I did it and I didnt know what life was about until I got married and walked into a house that was already a home with kids in it my bonus kids. And then, shortly thereafter, God blessed me with two more babies and for whatever reason, I became the luckiest man alive. This videos our story.
The song, Janson has declared, is his favorite out of all the songs hes written.
Well, number one, its my favorite song Ive ever written. Its the best song Ive ever written and I love it more than anything, he told Sounds Like Nashville at ACM Party For A Cause in April. Its an absolute true story, from start to finish. Its the story of the things that I love most: my wife and my kids and my journey in life. If anyone wants a real look inside my life, here it is. Out of all the songs Ive ever written, Holdin Her is the one song that I have always wanted to hear on the radio.
The video, directed by Edgar Esteves, wraps with a video message from Jansons daughter Georgia.
