Dan + Shay to Take Over Times Square for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve

Dan + Shay will toast with a little ‘Tequila’ at New Years as the duo rings in 2019 with a performance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2019. The country duo is the latest act to join the star-studded lineup of guests appearing during the live telecast on December 31. In addition to Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney taking over Times Square, fans will be treated to performances from Christina Aguilera, New Kids on the Block and Bastille.
While Dan + Shay take over the Big Apple, Maren Morris and Florida Georgia Line will heat up New Orleans. Los Angeles will overflow with exciting performances from Lauren Alaina, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini with The Chainsmokers, Camila Cabello, Halsey, Shawn Mendes, Weezer, Foster the People, Dua Lipa, Ella Mai, Charlie Puth, Ciara and Macklemore with Skylar Grey. Post Malone will perform at midnight during the broadcast from a stop on his tour in Brooklyn, NY.

Returning this year as host for the thirteenth year will be Ryan Seacrest. Joining him for NYC reporting will be Jenny McCarthy, with actress Lucy Hale and singer Ciara hosting from New Orleans and Los Angeles, respectively.
