Keith Urban took the Central Park stage on Friday morning (8/12) and made the warm August day even hotter as he performed some of his biggest hits off his latest album, Ripcord, on Good Morning America.

Sounding more incredible live than ever before, Urban belted out the tunes to the huge New York crowd and took some time in between songs to chat with some of the GMA hosts about his ongoing tour and the success of his current record, which boasts three No. 1 hits.

When asked specifically what makes this tour bigger and better than his last one, the country superstar basically said everything is on another level.

“New songs, new production. The crowd is just, the energy is just through the roof on this tour, so thank you! Amazing,” said Urban to a loud fan response in the audience.

During the set, Urban played a great setlist of tracks from “Wasted Time” to “Break On Me,” and even gave fans a sweet performance of his latest blues-inspired single, “Blue Ain’t Your Color.”

“It’s so weird. The record just came out, but this is the fourth single off the album and it’s a little sultry cool ballad. Hopefully, you guys like it,” he explained about the track.

Urban is currently in the midst of his ripCORD Tour with fellow country artists Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris. The tour will continue through the majority of the fall until Urban heads back home to Australia to play a couple shows with Carrie Underwood in December.
