America’s Got Talent is well known for its stand-out collection of unique acts, from light-up dance squads to a 12-year-old ventriloquist to a deaf singer… and that was all in one season! The 12th season of the hit show wrapped with a star-studded finale before Darci Lynne Farmer was crowned the winner.

During the live finale on Wednesday night (Sept. 20), finalist Mandy Harvey was joined by country superstar Shania Twain for a moving performance of Twain’s 1998 hit, “You’re Still The One.” The 29-year-old finalist revealed during her audition on the show that she has been deaf since she was 10 years old and relies on vibrations to help her stick to the beat. Her audition earned her a golden buzzer from judge Simon Cowell, which advanced her to the live shows. Throughout the season, Harvey continued to impress and earned the fourth place spot during the season finale.

In addition to performing with Harvey, Twain took center stage for a second performance during the evening. Performing “Life’s About To Get Good” from her upcoming NOW record, Twain was surrounded by dancers, much like the ones featured in her colorful music video for the song.

The show concluded when 12-year-old ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer was crowned the season 12 winner of America’s Got Talent.

Shania Twain’s Now is set for release on Sept. 29.
