Say hello to the fourth and newest member of the Pistol Annies! Meet Phoenix Joeleena Jean Powell – daughter of the band’s Angaleena Presley. Phoenix arrived on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 7:49 a.m., weighing in at 7 lbs., 13 oz., and measuring 17½ inches in length, Presley and her husband Jordan Powell shared with PEOPLE.

According to the publication, the family went to the hospital a little earlier than expected after some prenatal complications.

“Last night, when we were admitted to the hospital before delivery, Phoenix’s heart rate got up really high and she was kicking the crap out of me,” recalled Presley. “To try and calm her down, Jordan played the Kentucky/Texas combo of a Loretta [Lynn] and Willie [Nelson] duet up against my belly. Within 15 seconds, her heart rate dropped to normal and she relaxed. I guess she knew already where her roots were … nothing like a piece of home to heal a heart.”

The couple also dished on Phoenix Joeleena’s unique moniker.

“Joeleena is a combination of my friend Tony Joe White, who passed away a few months ago, and ‘Leena,’ which is a family name from Angaleena’s side,” shared Powell. “Jean is my grandmother’s name. She’s 92 and helped raise me.”

As it turns out, baby Phoenix approved her names while she was still growing in her mama’s belly.

“After Tony Joe passed away in October and we decided to name her Joeleena, three different times during the last couple months, we would try and get Phoenix to move or kick if she hadn’t done it in a day or so,” Powell explained.

He continued, “All three times, nothing we tried seemed to work until I came up and played Tony Joe’s ‘Polk Salad Annie’ and she would start kicking and dancing and rocking out. Every time. He was either looking down on us or his groove was that infectious. Maybe both.”

Presley first let fans know she was expecting during a stop on Miranda Lambert’s Bandwagon Tour. After Lambert invited her Pistol Annies bandmates on stage, she announced “One of us is drinking, one of us is smoking and one of us is not taking our pill! Holler Annie’s having a baby, everybody!”

While the family adjusts to their new life as a family of four (Presley also has a 12-year-old son named Jed), the Annies will reunite for Loretta Lynn’s 87th birthday tribute concert celebration.
