Baby Bumps Rock the 2019 CMT Awards Red Carpet

While country stars rocked their best looks on the 2019 CMT Music Awards red carpet, there were several adorable new accessories in tow. Several of country music’s biggest stars were accompanied by their pregnant spouses, both glowing with that parent-to-be glow.
Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn, Brett Young and wife Taylor and Brantley Gilbert and his wife Amber were all smiles as the hit the red carpet before the network’s big show.
Due in November, Young and his wife will welcome their first child together – a daughter.
“Brett is so good with kids — he’ll be an incredible dad. I think being a father will come so naturally to him,” Taylor said previously of the dad-to-be. “He’s kind, patient, and a good listener, but he’s also a goofball and isn’t afraid to have fun. Family is so important to both of us, so I don’t have a single doubt in my mind that he will be a very present and involved father and that our child and family will always come first.”
A girl is also on the way for Brown and his bride, who wed late last year. The couple announced the gender of their first child during a chat with The Ellen Show at the Billboard Music Awards.
“I’m excited. I wish I could just fast-forward and make it to where it’s already here,” he later told Billboard.
Something must be in the water because Gilbert and his wife are anxiously awaiting the birth of their little girl. The couple, who are the parents to 19-month-old Barrett, are over the moon about their newest addition on the way.
“Oh, I cried!” Gilbert shared with PEOPLE. “I was so sure it was a boy. I wasn’t ready for it to be a little girl — and man, when it was! I just wanted a healthy, happy baby, but a little girl means a whole other deal.”
The unborn babies are getting a taste of their dad’s jobs as they attend the 2019 CMT Music Awards in Nashville. The show celebrates the best in country music videos from the past year.
