Brett Young and his wife Taylor hit their gender reveal out of the park!
The couple posted a video of the reveal to Young’s Instagram, which shows the California native taking a swing at a baseball. After connecting with the ball, it explodes, showering the singer with pink powder, confirming that they are in fact welcoming a baby girl.
“It’s…….a………😍😍😍😍” wrote the excited dad-to-be with his post.
In the same post, Young shared another clip, this time of the baby girl’s heartbeat while in utero.
The couple announced they are expecting their first child together while in Las Vegas for the 2019 ACM Awards.
“We have always shared the same heart for wanting a family,” they said in a joint statement. “I love knowing that we get to give this little one an amazing life, and I just can’t wait for the future ahead of us as a family. We are so blessed!”
Taylor praised her husband, admitting that he will certainly make a great dad to their children.
“Brett is so good with kids — he’ll be an incredible dad. I think being a father will come so naturally to him. He’s kind, patient, and a good listener, but he’s also a goofball and isn’t afraid to have fun. Family is so important to both of us, so I don’t have a single doubt in my mind that he will be a very present and involved father and that our child and family will always come first.”
The couple, who wed in November after 10 years of dating, will welcome their baby girl in the fall.
