When Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line isn’t teaming up with fellow singer Tyler Hubbard on music, he’s working together with his wife, Brittney, on their collaborative clothing line.

Labeled Tribe Kelley, the brand fuses together classic staples in neutral tones with a grungy, industrial look with pieces for both men and women. Born out of a dinner date idea sketched on a tablecloth, the company was created in 2014 and has blown up within the local Nashville community since its launch. Throughout the years, Tribe Kelley expanded its fashion horizons and landed them a spot in a Los Angeles storefront called Ron Robinson.

“I never thought that this day would come,” Brittney Kelley said to People about the line’s development. “I really envisioned this being e-commerce at first, but it kept building and it kept growing. It’s so surreal to see our clothing displayed in a store for people to walk through.”

With celebrity clients like the guys of FGL themselves and some of their famous country friends rocking Tribe Kelley pieces during shows, the vintage-meets-casual brand translated all the way over to other fans in the music industry. Enter Lil Wayne sporting a full-on Tribal Kelley look at the Billboard Music Awards during his performance, leaving Kelley shocked over the outfit.

“Lil Wayne came out in our awesome camo pieces, and we were absolutely blown away,” Kelley said in excitement. “We started celebrating immediately, and I had tears in my eyes — I’m not going to lie to you. It was humbling, a cool nod and definitely a huge surprise. We’re going to take that energy into the next couple of lines and just build off of that.”

But the best part of the whole creative outlet for the couple is the chance to work together on something they’re both passionate about: fashion.

“I think both our ideas and visions coming together really ties this thing together,” said Brittney.

Tribe Kelley clothing runs at all different sizes and prices, starting at $45 and up. Those who want to purchase pieces of the line can buy online through their website.
