Carrie Underwood recently got into the Christmas spirit by trying out a brand new tradition in her household and that’s the way the cookie crumbles!

The country singer may be a fan of the winter holiday, but she admitted that she never tried making her very own Christmas cookies ever before. Letting her son, Isaiah, decorate with all the festive frosting and sprinkles his little heart desired, her family definitely enjoyed transforming into bakers just in time for the season of when calories don’t count.

“Made Christmas cookies with the little man today. I actually don’t think I’ve ever made Christmas cookies before but this will definitely be a new tradition in the Fisher household! Newsflash: Isaiah likes frosting (shocker)! 🎄,” Underwood captioned the Christmas collection of photos.

Underwood has been quite into the family sharing recently as she gave Sounds Like Nashville the exclusive look at the tour video for the track, “What I Never Knew I Always Wanted.” Showing personal and intimate photos of her husband, Mike, and son playing around the house and even scenes of her precious pups, fans would tear up as Underwood displayed the video clip while belting out the emotional words night after night on her Storyteller Tour.

The performance is just one of many special clips featured on Underwood’s digital tour montage called Carrie Underwood: The Storyteller Tour – Stories In The Round, Live from Madison Square Garden. The film is available now at online retailers like iTunesAmazon and Qello.
