Delta Rae may be from Durham, North Carolina, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t spend a ton of time in Nashville. In fact, after getting to know Music City one restaurant and recording studio at a time for years, a couple of the members found their creative passion ingrained so deeply within the city that they packed up shop and moved to Nashville permanently. And when the rest of the group arrives in town, they know just where to go.

Whether just for a short visit or the long haul, Delta Rae is living their best Nashville life and has found their favorite joints and–with a little coaxing–were willing to share them. From coffee shops to dive bars, the country group has the city on lock and know just the right places to see and be seen.

And don’t forget to check out the Sounds Like Nashville Instagram account on Saturday, June 23, when Delta Rae takes over!

Check out Delta Rae’s Nashville favorites below:

Jeni’s Ice Cream: “I have to say this right off the bat because I don’t want you guys stealing it. Jeni’s Ice cream. All day! All day! I would like to eat Jeni’s Ice Cream all day, every day, even in the winter time. I love all of their flavors. Everyone should go and eat all of it.” -Brittany Hölljes

Steadfast Coffee: “Steadfast Coffee in Germantown. I love that place, and it’s actually just been serendipitous. You know you sometimes go to a coffee shop or a place and you just keep having luck there? It feels like that. Every time I’m there it feels kind of auspicious.” -Eric Hölljes

Dino’s: “Dino’s is always a great hang. And it’s open ’til super late. Walking in there I’m always seeing people I know.” -Eric Hölljes.

The Wild Cow: “I like to flirt with veganism. I’m pretty in and out, but when I am on a vegan kick the food there is amazing.” -Ian Hölljes

Edgehill Café: “I really like Edgehill Café. I love their coffees. I love all their specialty drinks and their salads and sandwiches. I feel like we also know everyone who works there. We walk in and we’re like, ‘Hello,’ and they’re like, ‘Hi,’ and I’ll be like, ‘How’s your mom?” -Liz Hopkins
