After seasons of trying to land a record deal as the character of Maddie on Nashville, Lennon Stella finally signed to her own dream as a new recording artist for RECORDS.

Balancing her time on set as well as her passion for music in a separate setting, Stella wound up getting her dream by signing with the new joint venture from Columbia Records in the Sony Music family. Stella felt over the moon about her new endeavor and can’t wait to get to work on her own unique sound.

“I feel so lucky to work hand in hand with this incredible and inspiring group of people. There are no words to describe the feeling of finally being able to release my own music, something I have always dreamed of. I am truly thankful for all the love and support,” Stella tweeted out to all of her followers.

Many years ago, Stella got her big break alongside her little sister, Maisy Stella, when they became a viral sensation for their YouTube covers as Lennon and Maisy. Quickly after they blew up online due to their charming harmonies, the girls earned roles respectively on the hit television series Nashville as Rayna Jaymes’ (Connie Britton) daughters.

Stella grew up in front of the camera and blossomed into her own, developing her own artistic style while gaining confidence in her vocals. Working her way into writing rooms to contribute her lyrics to sessions in Nashville, Stella desired to cross worlds into the music industry and finally paved her way by making the big decision with Columbia.

In the meantime, fans can watch Stella perform on new episodes of Nashville, which airs on Thursday nights at 9 p.m. EST on CMT.
