Luke Bryan is a man of many talents and filling seats is one of them. The superstar is so good at that, in fact, that he announced a stadium and ballpark leg of his What Makes You Country Tour. During a press conference at William Morris Entertainment, the “Most People Are Good” singer revealed the dates and stadiums he’d be performing in during the summer months. But the surprises didn’t stop there… In addition to announcing the new shows, Bryan revealed that he’d be taking out one of his favorite line-up of artists yet.

To kick-off the reveal, Bryan introduced rising country stars Carly Pearce and Morgan Wallen as the tour’s special guests. After bringing them out, Bryan toasted the rising acts by playing off their new singles. Popping open a bottle of wine for Pearce’s “Hide the Wine,” Bryan asked for the three of them to do an “Up Down” toast in honor of Wallen’s new single.

After their toast, the Georgia native introduced Jon Pardi, who will be out on the road with Bryan for most of the year. Bryan admitted he was preparing his liver for the time he was bound to spend with the “Dirt On My Boots” singer. Pardi was then able to show off exactly why he’s the reigning CMA and ACM New Artist of the Year with a special performance of “Heartache on the Dance Floor.”

While the line up was all good and well, Bryan wasn’t done there. He pulled out one last surprise opening act in the form of “Body Like A Back Road” singer Sam Hunt. The newly-shaven singer took to center stage to perform “Take Your Time,” a song from his debut album Montevallo.

After Hunt’s performance, Bryan admitted that he felt the pressure to “bring it” every night of the tour in order to keep up with the opening acts. He praised each of the four artists for their hard work ethic and for writing their own songs to pave the way for their stand-out careers. Bryan couldn’t let the moment pass, however, without showcasing exactly why he’s able to put a stadium show on. Taking to a stool with his guitar, Bryan sang the title track of his new album, What Makes You Country.

The conference concluded with each of the artists seated on stools for a special question and answer session with reporters seated in the audience.
