RaeLynn Shares Excitement Over Opening Slot on Blake Shelton’s Tour

Fans going to see Blake Shelton on tour this fall will see somewhat of a The Voice reunion when “For A Boy” singer RaeLynn joins him out on the road.
The singer is thrilled to tour with her former coach, with whom she’s still really close with.
“I am so excited. He is just absolutely phenomenal and incredible and such an amazing human, so I’m so excited to be out on the road with him,” RaeLynn told Sounds Like Nashville earlier this week. “And share some new music. I’m excited to get a new single out. It’s just all good happening right now and I’m really pumped about it.”
The best part, says RaeLynn, is getting to continue learning from her mentor.

“I’m just excited to see him every night and just hear his hits. He’s so incredible with the crowd with being so relatable on stage. There’s so much that you can learn from that and I just can’t wait to learn,” she excitedly explained. “I know my band’s excited. Everyone in my camp is excited. I know we’re all going to take something really big from this tour, other than just being able to tour with one of the biggest artists, but just really being able to learn a lot.”
Another highlight for the Texas native is getting to play new music while on the road.
“New music is on the way! It’s very different, but very awesome. I’m finally going to be able to put out an album soon, so I’m excited for the fans to actually have some music. They’ve been waiting so patiently and I’m so thankful for that. They’re going to love it.”
