Rascal Flatts ‘Excited’ To Tour With Sheryl Crow

Rascal Flatts will soon be hitting the road for their Rewind Tour 2014 and the award-winning trio is taking Sheryl Crow along for the ride. The group recently expressed their excitement to hit the road with Crow, who they are longtime fans of.

“We are, we’re very excited about that. We’ve been a fan of Sheryl’s for a long, long time and she’s just a wonderful, talented person and we’re gonna have a lotta fun. We’re gonna try to do some things together in our show and just have some fun,” Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus says. “We’re gonna get in and start rehearsing and see what comes out of it. As far as an artist goes, she’s been one of my favorites for years and years and years and just a song writer and she plays everything under the planet.”

DeMarcus is also excited for some possible songwriting between the two during the tour. “It’s gonna be nice to be around her and soak up some of that energy and some of that creativity, and hopefully jump on one of her buses and write a few tunes ourselves.”
