The final two shows of Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour brought several exciting surprises for fans. As the superstar wrapped the final dates of her massive stadium tour in Arlington, TX, she invited country music’s Maren Morris and Sugarland to perform during the show.

On Friday, Oct. 5, Morris, a Texas native, strutted her stuff on stage (while rocking coordinating sequins with Swift). The two walked along the reputation catwalk singing “The Middle,” Morris’s collaboration with Zedd.

“Rooted in country, 90s babies, genre-bending, unapologetic. I look up a whole lot to how you’ve made a career and I hope to someday achieve even a percent of what you’ve so gracefully cultivated @taylorswift . You know no boundaries, and that’s what music should be about. So happy to have gotten to spend the day with you and your beautiful family,” wrote Morris alongside a video of their performance.

Added Swift, “VOCALS MAREN. Maren is from Arlington, TX and judging from the deafening screeches of joy from the crowd, they are proud of her 😁 So so grateful this happened, I was so happy I was really just bopping like an 8 year old alone in my room.”

The mashup of Morris and Swift wasn’t the only surprise the pop star had in store. On Saturday night, Oct. 6, Swift invited Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush of Sugarland to perform their collaboration “Babe.” The acts had both individually performed the tune, but never together… until now. Swift penned the song with Train’s Pat Monahan and pitched it to the duo when they began the process of recording their new album, Bigger.

Swift later shared video from the performance saying, “THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN.”

While her reputation Tour has officially ended in the United States, fans around the world will get their chance to experience the magic as she visits Australia, New Zealand and Japan in the coming months.
