What do you get when you mix tequila, a wild pool party, and three guys from Nashville? A music video from The Cadillac Three and a whole lot of rowdy.

The trio just released the music video for “Dang If We Didn’t,” directed by Ryan Silver. The Cadillac Three throws it back to the days of gigging at house parties as they explore the aftermath of a crazy gathering.

The music video plays in reverse while the band pieces together the hazy memories from the night before, complete with live music, colorful lights, beer kegs and parents who attempt to join in on the fun.

Band members Jaren Johnston and Neil Mason wrote the song along with Jonathon Singleton, and it is a must-play track for any beer-infused night of dancing and fun.

“We wrote this song on the back of the bus, originally as a more straight down the middle country song,” recalls Johnston. “After messing around with it a bit more, the feel kind of changed into more of Stones meet Dwight Yoakam.”

Lyrics like, “Pair of Levi’s on a ceilin’ fan, spinnin’ like my head / One boot on, a beer in the other / That what the hell settin’ in / Gone and dang done it again / Pack of Reds by the bed / And we don’t even smoke,” perfectly capture the shenanigans that tend to ensue during a house party.

Fresh off the high of their newly-released album, Legacy, and a sold-out hometown show at the Ryman in Nashville, The Cadillac Three is gearing up to head over to Europe for the Long Hair Don’t Care Tour with Brothers Osborne and the Broken Witt Rebels. The crew will play for fans in Germany, the Netherlands, France and the UK this fall.
