Thomas Rhett and Baby Ada Are Majorly Twinning
There's no denying that Thomas Rhett is Ada James' father as the little girl clearly takes after her superstar dad!
Baby Ada Akins is nearly six weeks old and is very clearly taking after her parents. There’s no denying that the sweet baby girl is the daughter of Thomas Rhett as she looks like his little mini me.
Both Thomas and his wife, Lauren, showed comparisons of the likeness when they shared photos of their precious girl sleeping, with the singer adding a side by side of his face next to hers.
“my goodness. this one💛. and her eyelashes @thomasrhettakins gave her 😍,” wrote Lauren in a post that Thomas later shared, crediting Ada’s mouth and ears back to mom.
The two couldn’t be more proud of their little brood as they have been posting photos of both Ada James and Willa Grey since welcoming them into their family. Recently, Willa took a big step when she started school and the first day was chronicled across Lauren’s Instagram page.
“My heart is on the floor. Lord have mercy I love her,” she wrote as Thomas sat on the steps outside of their home with a clearly excited Willa.

Thomas and Lauren welcomed their girls within months of each other, with Willa arriving from Uganda in May. The couple first fell in love with her when they’d travel back and forth to Africa to volunteer for 147 Million Orphans, an organization they hold near to their hearts,. Ada joined the family in August after Lauren pushed through 36 hours of labor in a Nashville hospital.
