Thompson Square Cherishes Family in ‘Masterpiece’ Video
The award-winning duo's brand-new music video honors their family history.
Country duo Thompson Square took “Masterpiece” to a new level when they dropped the music video for the title track of their third album on Wednesday.
The video serves as a salute to their family history, and it incorporates childhood home video footage, clips of the duo’s wedding and shots of them singing the song in. It also features a home video of one half of the duo Shawna Thompson singing to their son.
Director Evan Kaufmann shot and filmed the music video in Miami, Oklahoma, where second half of Thompson Square Keifer Thompson grew up.
The “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not” singers will perform select tour dates in late March and early April in California, Michigan and Ohio. They also released their first children’s book, Time To Get Dressed, in February.
Their album Masterpiece is out now.
